Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with at least two years of hands-on experience to strengthen our online presence, improve rankings, and drive consistent organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure).
- Improve website technical performance (crawlability, site speed, indexing).
- Manage off-page optimization, link-building, and authority growth.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis and propose actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and next steps.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience.
- Strong mastery of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience working with WordPress, including SEO plugins and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar.
- Solid understanding of ranking factors, content optimization, and link-building principles.
- Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- AI Overview Skills: Ability to leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, competitor analysis, and generating data-driven insights.
